What equipment and space is needed?
The space required is minimal, the therapist can either work from the office chair or a designated space. All equipment will be brought by the therapist, other than a chair.
What happens during an office massage?
A brief consultation will be filled in prior to attendance, this highlights any contraindications and areas of focus.

How often do you arrange an office massage?
Well, it all depends on the size of the budget and number of staff. A therapist is typically booked monthly and work for the whole day.
Are there medical conditions for which the treatments are not recommended?
There are several contraindications to massage, however I am trained clinically in therapies for health care. I now have over 10 years’ experience in this field and massage can help many different conditions. Please ask if you are concerned about a condition and we can discuss options.
